Easy online classes that you can enjoy from anywhere, on any device. The program is conducted over a series of recorded video sessions and PDF workbook that you can download and listen to frequently. There will also be 3 months of LIVE Group Coaching sessions, and one 60 minute one-on-one private coaching session.
